Any cancellation by the passenger between 59 and 31 days before the start date of the tour will be penalized with 12% of the total amount of reservation for administrative expenses.
Any cancellation by the passenger with 30 days or less prior to the start date of the tour will be penalized with 50% of the total amount of the reservation.
Any cancellation by the passenger before 48 hours of the date of start of the tour or tourist service will be penalized with 100% of the total amount of the reservation.
Tourist Package Reservations:
All requests for booking tour programs or tours that are confirmed are guaranteed.

Penalties:
